Tanya Markos is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Tanya has a background in Infectious Disease, Family Medicine and Cosmetic Injectables. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is certified in Neurotoxin and Dermal Filler treatments, Medical Weight Loss, IV Therapy and Platelet Rich Plasma treatments.
Carrie Richardson, RN

Carrie Richardson Carrie is a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS) and Advanced Cosmetic Injector with over 10 years of experience in cosmetic injectables. Her advanced certification reflects the highest level of expertise in aesthetic nursing, and her meticulous approach ensures balanced, natural-looking results with Botox®, Dysport®, dermal fillers, and biostimulator treatments.
Samantha D’Ascanio is a board certified Registered Nurse. She has a background in Emergency Medicine and Cosmetic Injectables.
Je’Anna Sheridan is a board certified Registered Nurse. She is an experienced RN with a focus in medical-surgical nursing. She also has a passion for cosmetic medicine and is certified in Neurotoxin’s (like Botox)!
Kaoutar Boulal is a board certified Registered Nurse. Her main area of focus is in medical surgical nursing, specifically in Orthopedic post-operative care.
Ashley Ingraiti is a licensed medical esthetician with over nine years of experience. See Ashley for facials, hydrafacials, dermaplaning and microneedling services.
Eleanor DiCicco is a licensed medical esthetician who performs HydraFacials, dermaplaning, and microneedling services here at ThrIVwell, with a special emphasis on acne management to support clearer, healthier skin.
With a background in OB nursing, Jill is experienced in caring for women through every stage of life. As a certified cosmetic injector, she blends medical precision with aesthetic detail to help clients feel confident and refreshed.
Logan specializes in ICU care and has a strong background caring for patients in high-acuity settings. This experience translates into thoughtful, attentive, and highly skilled care for every client.
As an Endoscopy Nurse, Casey brings extensive procedural experience and is highly skilled in IV placement, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience for every patient. Her precision and calm approach help create a safe, supportive environment.
